CanDo Hand and Wrist Oscillation utilize inertia to generate muscle contractions. Pushing and pulling on the bar causes the ends to flex and accelerate, creating a force. Users can regulate the amount of force required to control the bar by varying the amount of flex in the bar, or by changing to a different resistant bar. Designed to be held at one end, allowing the other end to flex. Resistive exercises can be performed by twisting and/or bending the bar.
