Active Ingredients

• Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) - 60 mg
• Vitamin B-1 (as Thiamine Mononitrate) - 1.5 mg
• Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin) - 1.7 mg
• Niacinamide (Vitamin B-3) - 20 mg
• Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) - 10 mg
• Folate - 1360 mcg DFE (800 mcg Folic Acid)
• Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) - 6 mcg
• Biotin - 300 mcg
• Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate) - 10 mg
• Calcium (as Dicalcium Phosphate) - 40 mg

Directions

Adults

• Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by a physician

Warnings

Keep out of Reach of Children

• Folic acid alone is improper therapy in the treatment of pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias where vitamin B-12 is deficient

Precautions:

• Folic acid in doses above 0.1 mg daily may obscure pernicious anemia in that hematologic remission can occur while neurological manifestations remain progressive. Pernicious anemia should be excluded before using this product since folic acid may mask the symptoms of pernicious anemia

Adverse Reactions:

• Allergic sensitization haws been reported both oral and parenteral administration of folic acid

Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if

• Pregnant, nursing, on medications, have a medical condition or are planning a medical procedure

Stop use and consult your doctor if

• Any adverse reactions occur
