• Phosphorus - 250 mg
  (as Potassium Phosphate Dibasic, Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, Sodium Phosphate Monobasic and Potassium Phosphate Monobasic)
• Sodium - 160 mg
  (as Sodium Phosphate Dibasic and Sodium Phosphate Monobasic)
• Potassium - 280 mg
  (as Potassium Phosphate Dibasic and Potassium Phosphate Monobasic)

Directions

Children & Adults

• Mix contents of 1 packet with 2.5 ounces (75 mL) of water or juice. Stir well, take promptly
• Take 1 packet 4 times daily

• A mild laxative effect may be experienced. If this persists, discontinue use and consult your physician. Proper dilution may help prevent gastrointestinal injury associated with the oral ingestion of concentrated potassium salt preparations
