ReliaMed Composite Barrier Dressings are 100 percent cotton, nonadherent island pads which absorbs exudate for a cleaner wound bed. The nonwoven, adhesive cover has rounded edges to prevent detachment. Waterproof top film layer prevents fluid from passing through the dressing, but is breathable to allow for moisture vapor transmission.
